About The Company:
Hey, I’m Dwayne! I am the founder of Impact Marketing, based out in Maryland on the East Coast of the US.
We’re a tight-knit team of 14 people, and we specialize in helping dog boarding and dog daycare businesses grow through smart, performance-driven digital marketing.

We’ve got 95 active clients and counting, and with another 25 onboarding soon, we’re expanding fast – but keeping our culture of high-quality work intact.
Our team includes five Google Ads experts, five account managers, a copywriter, a project manager, and a business manager – and me.
We manage around $1M/year in ad spend, mostly for pet care, contractor, and professional service businesses. What sets us apart is our obsession with detail, our love of data, and our focus on real results. If you’re honest, sharp, and love digital performance work, you’ll feel right at home here!
About The Role:
We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist who is confident in managing client accounts and has a real passion for data, optimization, and performance.
You’ll help us move faster, onboard more clients, and bring fresh insight and attention to detail to our growing digital team.
More specifically, you will:
📊 Manage Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager for a variety of client accounts
🧠 Assist with PPC strategy and execution, including account setup, keyword research, ad copy, and optimization
📈 Monitor campaign performance and tweak for better ROI
📝 Prepare client reports and performance updates
🔧 Troubleshoot account issues and track accurate data
🕕 Working hours: This is a full-time role, ideally working 6 AM–2 PM Eastern Time, but we’re flexible if you’re the right fit.
About You:
You’re someone who genuinely takes pride in doing excellent work.
You love learning, especially in a fast-moving space like digital marketing, and bring a tenacious, problem-solving mindset to everything you do.
You’re open-minded, data-driven, and never afraid to question assumptions or try something new.
Most importantly, you’re honest – with your team, with yourself, and with clients!
You’ll thrive in this role if are:
✅ 3+ years of experience in running Google Ads campaigns
✅ Google Ads and Analytics certified
✅ Comfortable using Google Tag Manager
✅ Someone with strong knowledge of WordPress
✅ Highly analytical and detail-oriented
✅ Confident with spreadsheets, numbers, and data
✅ Able to multitask and focus in a fast-paced environment
🌟Brownie points for experience with Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
