About the role

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Email Marketing Specialist who’s highly organized, data-savvy, and loves finding smart ways to build customer loyalty. You’ll bring strong technical knowledge, a sharp eye for design, and a passion for health and wellness to help grow and scale our email marketing program.

In this role, you will:

📩 Develop, launch, and optimize automated email and SMS flows (welcome, cart abandon, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)

🧠 Implement advanced customer segmentation and dynamic content strategies

📊 Design and run A/B tests and analyze results to improve performance

💬 Create engaging, on-brand email templates that look great and convert well

🧹 Maintain list hygiene and keep our email deliverability healthy

🔍 Analyze performance data and report on key metrics like open rates, CTR, conversions, and retention

🛠️ Lead opt-in strategies, website integrations, and subscriber growth tactics

📚 Keep documentation up to date and contribute to strategic roadmaps

🤖 Use predictive analytics tools to anticipate churn and re-engage customers

📬 Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)

💡 Stay on top of trends and bring new ideas to the table

You’ll be working full-time, and we’ll need at least a 4-hour overlap with the PST time zone each day.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

✅ 5+ years of experience in email marketing for e-commerce (ideally CPG or health & wellness)

✅ Expert-level Klaviyo skills, including advanced flows, integrations, and segmentation

✅ 3+ years of experience coding responsive email templates (HTML/CSS)

✅ Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics and UTM tracking

✅ Proven success with lifecycle audits and developing nurture programs

✅ Knowledge of CRO principles and direct-to-consumer psychology

✅ Familiar with AI and predictive analytics tools for email targeting

✅ Experience with compliance and best practices in deliverability and list management

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
