In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful marketing strategies for medical devices and invitro diagnostics across Northern Europe. Collaborating with regional teams, your efforts will help to enhance brand recognition and drive growth in a critical healthcare sector. Your expertise will also contribute to local market adaptation and strategic planning, ensuring that our partner’s initiatives resonate effectively within Germany and beyond. Accountabilities
Formulate and implement the NE MD/IVD local marketing strategy and plans in collaboration with regional managers.
Engage with the NE commercial team to identify and prioritize territory-specific needs while maintaining a focus on Germany.
Collaborate with industry associations and networks to enhance target audience outreach and promote thought leadership.
Work with the wider Marketing community to gain campaign insights and optimize performance for ongoing planning.
Requirements
5 years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in Medical Devices / IVD regulatory or healthcare sectors.
Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Experience in large global matrix organizations.
Proficient in managing marketing budgets.
