Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media and Branding Coordinator who is tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented. In this role, you’ll manage social media platforms, assist with content creation, improve workflows through automation, and handle light administrative tasks. Strong English communication skills and a proactive, reliable attitude are important. We’re excited to welcome someone who’s ready to contribute and grow with the team!
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
Maintaining lists, records, and automations in Active Campaign.
Tracking metrics in CRMs.
Streamlining workflows through automations using Zapier.
Creating and editing videos and content.
Managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Responding to Google Reviews.
Providing design and branding support.
Documenting standard operating procedures.
Saving and organizing receipts (light administrative tasks)
What We’re Looking For:
A Marketing related degree
At least six months of experience in this, or a similar role.
Experience managing Social Media platforms.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience with Zapier is a plus
Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Tech-savviness.
Creativity
Proactivity and Reliability.
Dedication and focus.
A quiet, private workspace.
Your own PC or laptop, headset, and high-speed internet (at least 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed).
