Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling and Email Management Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help keep things running smoothly by managing calendars, handling emails, and assisting with organizational tasks.
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
Managing and organizing high volumes of email communications.
Filing and organizing digital documents.
Coordinating and maintaining schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Assisting with various administrative projects as assigned.
Organizing and storing documents electronically.
Assisting with drafting and preparing client correspondence
Supporting communication with clients via email and other channels.
What We’re Looking For:
At least one year of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant role.
Experience in client communication and high volumes of emails.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in calendar management tools.
Experience with e-filing and electronic document organization.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to work in an efficient and organized manner.
The ability to learn and adapt quickly.
A warm and friendly, but professional communication style.
A team player.
A self-starter with strong initiative.
Your own PC or laptop, a headset, and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
A quiet, private workspace suitable for remote work.
