Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for turning data into strategic marketing decisions that drive business growth.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Utilizing marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms) to gather and analyze data.
Developing and maintaining regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
Designing and conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
Working closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and providing recommendations for targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
Analyzing customer data to identify segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to reach specific audiences effectively.
Monitoring marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and data-sharing practices.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Advanced/native-level English (written and spoken).
At least 4-6 years of experience in a Marketing Analyst role, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
Forecasting and predictive modeling
Web Analytics
Marketing Campaigns
Attribution modeling
Dashboard-building and reporting.
SQL coding
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and actionably.
Strong attention to detail
Problem-Solving skill
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
