Role Overview
At Job Duck, we are seeking a dedicated Client Success Specialist who will play a vital role in strengthening client relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout their journey. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, enjoys being a reliable point of contact, and takes pride in enhancing the client experience with thoughtful touches. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, supporting intake processes, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve engagement and retention. Candidates who are detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and confident in navigating sensitive conversations will excel in this role.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
Serving as a consistent, organized point of contact for clients throughout their cases and advocate for client needs
Conducting structured check-in calls with new, existing, and former clients to assess satisfaction, identify concerns, and generate referrals
Providing backup phone coverage and intake support during high-volume periods
Maintaining detailed and accurate CRM documentation and tracking KPIs related to engagement, retention, and referrals
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience through special touches and suggest improvements to processes and systems
What We’re Looking For:
At least two to three years of experience working as a client happiness coordinator
Legal background is a plus
Software: Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
High emotional intelligence with ability to navigate sensitive conversations •Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Exceptionally responsive and disciplined
Self-driven with strong initiative
Confident in client interactions
Strong triage capability
Process-driven and able to follow workflows
Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
