We are seeking a senior Head of Growth & Enterprise Sales to drive our B2B expansion, engage enterprises and staffing agencies, and lead growth strategy execution globally.
Role Overview
We need a commercially-savvy, growth-oriented leader with proven experience in B2B enterprise sales and agency marketing. Your primary goal will be to build and scale HiveMind’s enterprise customer base — staffing agencies, recruitment firms, and companies with high hiring throughput — by positioning HiveMind as the go-to solution for modern hiring pipelines.
We also welcome candidates with an ex-recruiter marketing persona — those who understand recruiting workflows deeply, can communicate fluently with hiring teams, and translate platform capabilities into real-world recruitment value.
An active, credible LinkedIn presence is essential — as part of this role, you will drive brand leadership, outreach, and thought leadership through LinkedIn and other professional channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy targeting staffing agencies, recruitment firms, and organizations with high-volume hiring needs.
Drive outbound enterprise sales: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing deals with recruitment teams and HR leaders.
Build long-term relationships with staffing agencies, HR decision-makers, and hiring managers across industries.
Position HiveMind in the market by leading content-driven campaigns, case studies, and professional outreach leveraging LinkedIn and industry networks.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor HiveMind’s offering to enterprise requirements and feedback.
Track and report key growth metrics: pipeline volume, client acquisition, churn, and revenue growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated success in B2B enterprise sales, preferably selling to agencies, HR-tech buyers, or staffing firms.
Proven understanding of recruiting workflows or prior recruiting/agency experience — able to speak the language of recruiters and demonstrate empathy for their pain points.
Strong marketing sense, agency-oriented thinking, and ability to lead positioning and branding for a SaaS product.
Active and professional LinkedIn presence with a credible network and engagement history.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills — able to engage senior decision-makers with clarity and confidence.
Self-motivated, target-driven, with the ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
