What You’ll Do
Deliver excellent support via email and phone with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Manage a high-volume support inbox and ensure timely ticket resolution
Communicate product knowledge and troubleshoot basic customer issues
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve concerns
Help maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty through thoughtful, effective interactions

Who You Are
Native or near-native English speaker
4+ years of experience in customer-facing support or success roles
Confident, calm, and highly articulate on the phone and over email
Able to navigate fast-paced environments while delivering consistent quality
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM and support tools
A customer advocate passionate about creating positive experiences
