HeyDelegate is hiring on behalf of one of our partners, a leading influencer management firm, for a Public Relations Manager specializing in influencer marketing and earned media.
This is a highly strategic and execution-focused role responsible for securing Tier One press placements, managing experiential opportunities such as New York Fashion Week and Art Basel, cultivating relationships with editors and media partners, and leading visibility strategy across a global talent roster. The ideal candidate has deep experience in traditional PR, understands the creator and influencer landscape, and has a proven track record of securing meaningful press coverage.
This is a fully remote contract role (~160 hours monthly) open to candidates based in South Africa. This role requires full availability during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) working hours, as you will work closely with international talent, media partners, and leadership teams based in the United States.
We are looking for someone who operates with ownership, urgency, and strong strategic thinking, and who can independently lead press outreach, manage media relationships, and maintain high operational standards.
If you have 5+ years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or talent communications and have personally secured meaningful press placements, we would love to hear from you.
