We’re looking for a confident, well-spoken South African Appointment Setter to join our growing team, calling UK homeowners who’ve enquired about tree surgery and landscaping services through our Facebook ad campaigns.
You’ll be the first human contact these leads get — calling quickly, asking the right questions to understand the job and confirm genuine interest, and handing qualified leads through to our UK-based clients to book in their quote visit.
What you’ll be doing:
-Calling new leads within minutes of them coming in
-Confirming job details, timeframe, and decision-making authority
-Setting realistic expectations before handoff
-Logging every call outcome clearly in our CRM
-Handling common objections calmly and professionally
What we’re looking for:
Excellent spoken English, clear and confident on the phone
Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or customer service (home services / trades experience a bonus, not essential)
Reliable, organised, comfortable working UK hours
Comfortable using a CRM system (we’ll train you on ours)
