About The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our marketing strategies. The role includes managing newsletters, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven, able to handle multiple projects while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Manage newsletters (content, scheduling, reporting)
Develop and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
Oversee company and team LinkedIn presence
Create and implement lead generation strategies (paid & organic)
Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
Produce high-quality content across multiple channels
Develop KPIs and marketing reports
Support process improvement and SOP development
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing management
Strong skills in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and newsletters
Analytical mindset, with experience using data to guide decisions
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
CRM knowledge (GoHighLevel preferred)
Copywriting skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
Experience in B2B or legal marketing
