The Feed Media is a performance marketing agency trusted by names like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tyler Denk (beehiiv), The Points Guy, and fast-growing DTC brands like MDhair. We specialize in scaling newsletter brands, personal brands, and select eCommerce companies.

👤 About the Role

As aGrowth Marketer, you’ll act as the “CEO” of your accounts—owning creative strategy, ad performance, and client relationships. From research to copywriting to campaign analysis, you’ll drive every aspect of growth.

🧠 Your Superpowers

We’re looking for someone who blendscreative instinct with data-driven decision-making—the kind of person who watches TikToks for ad research, studies hooks, and naturally reverse-engineers winning campaigns.

🕒 Part-Time Option Available

We’re also actively hiring1 part-time Growth Marketer to run 1–2 accounts (~5–10 hrs/week). Perfect if you’re working FT elsewhere but want to add $1K–$4K/mo with premium clients.

🎯 Core Responsibilities

🧩Creative Strategy

• Research audience pain points, desires, and objections (Reddit, reviews, etc.)

• Craft personas, angles, and trend-backed creative briefs

• Analyze competitors via Meta Ad Library, TikTok, Instagram

✍️ Creative Execution

• Write scroll-stopping hooks, scripts, and ad copy

• Collaborate with UGC creators, editors, and designers

• Use proven patterns like hook-first frameworks and storytelling

📈 Meta Ads Management

• Launch and optimize campaigns (budget, targeting, reporting)

• Track metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA) and iterate accordingly

• Align creative concepts with performance data

🤝 Client Management

• Lead check-ins and strategic conversations

• Deliver performance insights clearly and confidently

• Build trust and show proactive ownership

🔍 Who We’re Looking For

✅ Can write killer ad copy for UGC and paid socials

✅ Understands Meta Ads performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, etc.)

✅ Communicates clearly and owns client conversations

✅ Self-driven and solutions-oriented

✨ Bonus: Experience with newsletter brands, info products, or direct Meta Ads management
