Base Compensation: $2,400–$3,500/month
(Candidates with strong Meta + Google experience may be considered up to $4,000/month)

About the Role
We’re seeking a Meta Media Buyer with 3–5 years of recent, full-time experience focused exclusively on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of modern Meta strategies—particularly in a post-iOS14, AI-driven landscape—and a results-oriented mindset focused on leads, purchases, and performance-driven optimization.
You will support a seasoned Senior Media Buyer and help execute and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple clients
Execute A/B tests, creative variations, and performance-based optimizations
Report asynchronously through dashboards and Loom updates
Collaborate with internal team in Slack and Basecamp to ensure timely execution
Maintain strategic alignment with client goals (leads, conversions, purchases)
Analyze campaign data and performance using Meta insights and custom dashboards
Requirements
3–5 years of recent, focused experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
Proven results across lead generation, direct purchases, and brand awareness
Deep understanding of Meta’s evolving AI ecosystem and creative-first testing
Ability to manage multiple client accounts with precision and efficiency
Strong written English and communication skills
Availability for partial overlap with Central Time (10AM–6PM CT ideal)
Preferred but Not Required
Experience with Google Ads or YouTube campaigns (may qualify for higher pay band)
Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Basecamp, Slack, and Loom
Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills
Experience working on faith-driven or purpose-led campaigns
