Were looking for an App Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team and help scale mobile apps through innovative, data-driven user acquisition campaigns.
Responsibilities
Manage performance marketing accounts for app clients.
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, and Google UAC.
Manage creative production and testing workflows for app campaigns.
Build and optimize creative testing frameworks tailored to app KPIs.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing.
Collaborate with internal teams and present campaign reports to clients.
Use MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) and analytics dashboards for reporting.
Requirements
23 years of growth marketing or user acquisition experience.
12 years of app performance marketing experience, primarily paid social UA.
Hands-on experience with MMPs and app attribution (SKAdNetwork, ATT).
Proven track record managing iOS app campaigns on paid social and search.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with subscription or freemium app models.
Familiarity with onboarding flows and paywall testing.
Up-to-date with platform changes and app marketing trends.
