High-Ticket Sales Closer (Property Investment Packages)
Location: Remote (South Africa – UK market focus)
Hours: UK working hours (part-time/full-time)
Compensation: Commission-based (high earning potential)
About Us
We are a UK-based property sourcing business that helps investors scale their portfolios through bespoke, high-return investment opportunities. Our sourcing packages range between £3,000 – £5,000, and we are now seeking a talented Sales Closer to join our team and help convert warm leads into paying clients.
The Role
As a Sales Closer, you will be speaking with high-earning investors who are actively considering property investment in the UK. Your role will be to build trust, guide them through our sourcing packages, and close deals confidently and professionally.
You will be working directly with warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns and will be responsible for managing conversations, handling objections, and securing commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales calls with qualified investor leads (Zoom/phone).
Confidently present our sourcing packages (£3k–£5k) and explain their value.
Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
Build strong relationships with clients to increase conversions and referrals.
Record and track all sales activity in our CRM system.
Provide daily/weekly updates on progress and results.
Follow company scripts and frameworks while also bringing your own sales expertise.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in closing high-ticket sales (ideally £2,000+ per sale).
Excellent spoken English with a neutral/English-sounding accent.
Confident communicator who can engage with high-net-worth individuals.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with evidence of past success (conversion rates, sales figures, etc.).
Comfortable handling objections and guiding clients towards a decision.
Highly organised and able to update CRM systems accurately.
Target-driven and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
Preferred (but not essential):
Background in property, investment, or financial services sales.
Familiarity with UK property strategies such as Buy-to-Let, BRRR, or flips.
