Your role: Sales Manager (SaaS)
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive new business for Flashy OS. Your mission is to sell our software to marketing and brand teams globally — from initial outreach to closed deal. You’ll own the sales cycle end-to-end, working closely with our product and leadership teams to refine the sales motion as we scale.

What you’ll do
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for Flashy OS
Own the full sales cycle — from outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to demos, proposals, and closing
Consistently hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Qualify leads and build a predictable pipeline through outbound and inbound channels
Deliver compelling demos and pitch tailored solutions to brand and marketing stakeholders
Log and manage all activity in our CRM (HubSpot)
Work closely with Product and Growth to relay customer feedback and influence the roadmap
Be a key player in shaping our GTM playbook and improving the sales process as we scale

Who you are
You’re a high-energy, results-driven closer. You’re hungry, persuasive, and know how to drive urgency in a deal. You don’t wait around, you pick up the phone, send the follow-up, and find a way to get in front of the decision-maker.

Your experience
3+ years in SaaS or B2B tech sales, ideally in an SDR/AE role with closing responsibilities
Proven track record of hitting quotas and closing mid-sized to enterprise deals
Confident cold caller and strong written communicator
Comfortable running remote demos and building rapport quickly
Familiar with HubSpot or similar CRMs
Fluent in English
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-directed
Experience working in international or remote environments preferred
