Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind our growth. Your key responsibilities include:
Strategic Sales Initiatives – Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to attract and engage potential buyers in the E-Commerce industry.
First Impressions Matter – Initiate meaningful connections through cold-calling and responding to inquiries, introducing EZ-AD’s impactful solutions.
Building Strong Relationships – Cultivate rapport with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interests, and advance sales opportunities.
Scheduling Success – Secure Initial Qualified Appointments (IQAs) that lead to productive sales discussions.
Providing Key Insights – Deliver essential information to the Sales team for tailored and effective demonstrations.
Building Trust – Foster long-term relationships, positioning EZ-AD as a trusted solution provider.
CRM Management – Maintain meticulous records of all opportunities and update progress in our CRM system for seamless operations.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
Education – O/A Level or Bachelor’s degree.
Tech Proficiency – Familiarity with CRM systems and chat software.
Industry Knowledge – Background in IT is preferred, with experience in ERP or SaaS-based software being a definite plus.
