We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing CRM strategies that not only elevate our brand but also foster long-lasting connections with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage customer segmentation for targeted marketing.
  • Define customer journeys for enhanced engagement.
  • Leverage CRM tools for automated, personalized communications.

Brand Alignment

  • Ensure CRM communications align with brand messaging and identity.
  • Collaborate with brand management to maintain brand integrity.
  • Enforce brand guidelines in CRM campaigns and materials.

Data Analysis

  • Utilize customer data for personalized marketing insights.
  • Track KPIs for engagement and campaign success.
  • Continuously refine CRM strategies based on data insights.

Campaign Execution

  • Create and manage CRM campaigns (email, SMS, social media).
  • Develop compelling, audience-focused content.
  • Optimize campaigns with A/B testing techniques.
  • Report on CRM campaign results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align CRM initiatives with overall business goals (marketing, sales, product).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integration with data analysts and IT teams.
  • Support the CRM team in effective campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field advantage.
  • 2 – 5 years experience in CRM marketing, brand management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools and software, such as Active Campaign, SendGrid, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer data and insights.
  • Strong leadership and accountability skills are essential for achieving organizational goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content and messaging.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluent English.
