Salary: $2,000 USD base + commission
About The Company
Our client is a fast-growing US-based startup providing specialized tax services to property owners. In just one year, our services have helped clients save over $20 million. The company is 100% remote and is now expanding its international sales team.
About the Role
You will be joining at the ground level as one of the first sales hires, working directly with the founder.
You will use a proven, automated multichannel sales process (email, calls, SMS, and social media) designed to help you build relationships and close deals efficiently. This sales system has previously generated over $1 million in revenue in its first year.
You will engage with commercial and residential property owners across the United States. The client provides qualified leads and detailed information to support your outreach.
Requirements
• Ambitious, competitive, and resilient.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong ability to learn and explain complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Must be able to work during US Business Hours.
• Reliable internet connection and your own home office setup.
Preferred Experience
• Selling products or services over $5,000.
• Using automated outreach tools or CRMs.
• Knowledge of the US real estate or tax market.
• Experience using AI tools or social media for sales.
Compensation
• Base salary: $2,000 USD per month.
• Commission: High earning potential; top performers exceed $5,000/month in commissions after ramp-up.
Contract & TAX Information
This is an independent consulting contract (Full-time)
You are responsible for declaring and paying your own income tax with SARS in South Africa.
The company will not deduct or pay PAYE or UIF on your behalf.
Payments are made directly to you in USD each month.
