Client Success Manager (Remote)

You will own this role fully. We are looking for a future head of client success. Not just a simple “CSM”. This will be a lot of responsibility and there is little for error.

🎯 Your Mission:
Take full ownership of the post-sale client journey from kickoff to retention and make sure our high-paying clients feel supported, led, and impressed.
You are not a glorified account manager.
You are the person who makes sure everything runs smooth, fires get handled, and nothing touches the founder unless absolutely necessary.
You’re the person clients will trust more than the founder
You own client success.
Key Responsibilities:
🧩 Onboarding & Setup
Lead smooth, confident onboarding calls. Set expectations, gather assets, and outline timelines
Ensure every client leaves kickoff clear, confident, and excited
📡 Client Communication
Own all client communication across Slack, email, updates, and weekly reports
Proactively check in, pre-handle concerns, and surface issues before clients complain
Daily communication with all clients through Slack. Weekly Zoom calls.
Project management, ensuring timelines of projects are met and that service quality is good before it goes out.
🔥 Retention & Relationship Management
Be the early warning system. Catch red flags in results or client sentiment before they become churn
Manage expectations and hold clients accountable to their role in success
Act as the emotional filter between the delivery team and the client. Protect both sides
🧱 Internal Coordination
Be the translator between client needs and delivery team execution
Coordinate with our marketing manager, tech automation lead, and VA team
Ensure every piece is moving on time without needing reminders or founder babysitting
⚙️ Systemization & Efficiency
Create and refine SOPs, templates, onboarding flows, and check-in systems
Push for clarity: “Who owns this? What’s the deadline? What’s the definition of done?”
Constantly improve processes to reduce back-and-forth, speed up delivery, and boost perceived value
What You Bring to the Table:
Extreme ownership mindset. You don’t need direction, you need outcomes
Hyper-organization. You create clarity for everyone around you. You will be working with our delivery team to make sure deadlines are hit.
Assertive communication. You speak with confidence and authority but know how to read tone and emotion
Anticipation over reaction. You solve problems before they escalate
B2B client-facing experience, preferably in an agency, consulting, or marketing environment
Experience managing 15 to 25 clients simultaneously without dropping balls
Strong written and spoken English. Bonus if you’re great at async comms (Loom, Slack, ClickUp, Notion)

💰 Compensation + Perks:
$4K per month USD starting. Potential to make $6k to $8k per month USD as you advance into Head of Delivery role. Timeline for this will be 12 months.
Remote and async-flexible
1:1 mentorship from a founder with elite sales and ops systems
🎯 How to Apply:
Answer all of the questions with our video interview process. If you are approved, our founder will reach out to setup an initial interview.
After this there will be a short test project and potentially a 2nd interview depending on how things go.
You will be onboarded within 48-72 hours of the hiring decision being made.
Client Success Manager (Remote – Full Time)
Working with recruiting & staffing firms to create a synergy between new age internet marketing methods & conventional live in-person industry events. Here's what we'll do: 1. Create an industry relevant offer for your recruiting/staffing firm 2. Build out outbound business development systems supported by digital sales assets such as video sales letters 3. Assist with sales enablement, acting as a fractional chief of sales 4. Create a strategic partnership division focused around live events 5. Work on deepening current client relationships to increase lifetime value per client All we're doing here is combining new channels with traditional ones you already know & love.
