About Us
7 years in business. 3x net profit growth in 2025. Bootstrapped, profitable, zero debt. We sell premium security cameras (~$500) across North America and we’re launching multiple new products this year. We need someone to own the marketing for all of it.
We already have the strategy, the positioning, and the team. What we need is the person who runs the revenue engine every day — someone who lives inside Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Klaviyo and turns good strategy into measurable growth.
You work alongside a Product Marketing Manager who owns messaging and creative direction. They decide what we say. You decide where we say it, how much we spend, and whether it’s working. You both report directly to the CEO.
What you’ll own:
Paid acquisition — daily, hands-on management of 5-figure monthly ad spend across Google and Meta. You’re in the accounts every week adjusting bids, launching creatives, killing losers, scaling winners. This is not a “set direction and delegate” role — you are the executor.
Email and retention in Klaviyo — build and optimize all flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back).
Attribution and analytics — You document the gap weekly. Every budget decision is backed by real data.
CRO and testing — work with our designer to test headlines, CTAs, trust signals, BNPL messaging. Monitor Hotjar. Identify friction. Fix it.
Post-purchase revenue — configure upsells, manage the referral program, coordinate review generation with our Head of CX.
Affiliate program — maintain commission tiers, audit for coupon leakage, track affiliate-driven revenue.
Weekly marketing report — delivered every Monday. Revenue, MER, attribution gap, CAC by country, conversion rate, email share, creative status, flags. No misses.
Team coordination — direct our Community Manager on KPIs, coordinate with the designer on CRO, work with the developer on tracking and implementation.
Who we’re looking for:
You’ve personally managed Google Ads AND Meta Ads for DTC/ecommerce at $30K+/month combined.
You’ve built Klaviyo flows yourself. Not directed someone. You can open Klaviyo right now and build a conditional abandoned cart sequence.
Physical product experience at $200+ AOV. Selling a $500 camera to a skeptical 55-year-old rancher is a different game than supplements or SaaS.
Specific communicator. Your reports say “shift $150/day from Campaign X (1.8x) to Campaign Y (4.2x)” — not “optimize the account.”
You push back when you disagree. We’d rather debate and get it right than defer and get it wrong.
Not the right fit if:
You call yourself a strategist who delegates execution. This role IS execution.
Your experience is Meta-only with no real Google depth. Google is 72% of our spend.
You’ve never questioned whether ad platform data is accurate.
Your background is all low-AOV products under $100.
Compensation:
$3,000–5,000/month base
