Dia Creative is a fast growing marketing agency looking for an experienced Email Strategy Manager to drive client email campaign strategy + implementation. We’re looking for a leader with a strong background in retention and email optimization for both campaigns and flows, who knows how to prioritize where time is best spent to generate results.

Successful candidates will be experts in email campaign & flow optimization, messaging, and audience targeting with a proven track record of email performance improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to work with many different clients in varying industries, partnering with client marketing managers to own email performance.

This role places heavy emphasis on creating, designing and managing simultaneous email campaigns, building & optimizing flows, pulling and managing email lists, analyzing campaign results and providing key takeaways and action plans.

You must be an organized, motivated self-starter with excellent oral communication skills, as well as great attention to detail. You’ll also need to perform in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously.

Essential Skills and Experience:

4+ years of experience owning email & SMS marketing channels for B2C
Experience with B2B email marketing is a plus!
Experience with Klayvio and Mailchimp
Demonstrated success in developing innovative CRM campaigns, expertise in enterprise email platforms, technology, engagement campaigns, A/B testing, and marketing metrics
Well-versed in key email metrics to support and recommend optimizations
Ability to create briefs and collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure you get the quality of emails you’re looking for
Ability to communicate results to various stakeholders and clearly present data
Exceptional data analytics skills; ability to draw conclusions from large data sets and form actionable insights; experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Beauty industry experience preferred, but not required
Strong project management, organizational, and proactive communication skills
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skill

Job Scope:

Ownership of email strategy, execution, reporting and performance across assigned clients
Both Flows and Campaigns
SMS (when relevant) – Strategy, optimization and execution
Growth of email Open rate, CTR, popup signups and most importantly, revenue across assigned clients
Collaborating with Social and Ads team to grow the list
Optimization of email processes internally
Report Analysis – Monthly (and Weekly as needed)
Guiding copywriters and designers to optimize emails
Collaborating with Marketing Manager to optimize overall client performance and incorporate client priorities as needed
Ownership of Email Campaign calendar
Ownership of list growth through the optimization of pop-ups, collaborating with Marketing Manager for list growth initiatives and Ads team as needed
Leveraging Email Coordinator for tactical execution (scheduling, reporting)
Creating tasks as needed

Success in this role:

Establishes clear ownership of all email performance and execution across brands
Demonstrated ability to project manage all tasks related to email execution and step in wherever necessary to ensure delivery and quality.
Identify low hanging fruit when first onboarding a client’s account to show immediate success if possible.
Excitement for identifying opportunities for growth and revenue
Revenue growth month to month for all client’s accounts managed
Clear, actionable and informative reporting analysis
Effective use of assigned budget
