The Opportunity: This is a critical role for a genuine self-starter. Your primary mission will be to diversify our lead generation. Your objective: to dramatically increase inbound leads. You have the full backing of best-in class designers, a highly driven and adaptable operational team, and an entrepreneurial leadership team; giving a blue ocean of possibility. We’re looking for someone who holds themselves accountable for massive success and isn’t afraid to put in the effort to achieve it.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, owning the roadmap for inbound lead generation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Strategically plan, implement, and continuously optimise PPC/SMMA, SEO, social media, and other creative initiatives.
Ideate and implement engaging, credibility-building social media strategies across all major platforms, driving brand equity and lead capture.
Proactively monitor and analyse digital campaign performance & conversion rates, providing actionable insights & decisive recommendations to the leadership team.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams for website updates, content creation, and asset production, ensuring alignment with your strategic vision.
Drive the implementation of email marketing campaigns and marketing automation strategies, leveraging these channels for optimal results.
Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis that not only tracks KPIs but clearly articulates ROI and future strategic direction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth metrics for previous companies.
Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, and paid media campaign management.
Excellent social media management skills across all major platforms.
Strong content ideation skills across multiple channels (Instagram, Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Google Analytics). An understanding of Framer is a strong plus.
Experience with content management systems and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Planoly).
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (i.e., HubSpot).
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, independently make data-driven decisions, and measure success against competitors.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives autonomously.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to present strategies and results clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated ability to thrive and proactively contribute in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
