Job Title: Creative Strategist
Type: Full-time (9am–6pm UK time, Mon-Fri)
Location: Remote
Compensation: £1,800–£2,400/month (depending on experience)

Dentology is a fast-growing marketing agency helping high-end dental practices attract high-value patients, streamline bookings, and scale faster.
We don’t just generate leads – Dentology offers an end-to-end solution for patient acquisition, combining high-production content, paid advertising, and an in-house sales team to deliver predictable, profitable growth.
Now, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to own the direction and execution of our video content. You’ll play a key role in strategising and ideating performance creative for Meta ad campaigns, scripting videos for our high-production, on-site content shoots, and analysing creative performance to inform future direction. You’ll also coordinate with editors, media buyers, and the wider creative team to ensure content is delivered on time, on brief, and optimised to perform.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves pairing creative content with data, and is excited to take full ownership of the creative layer behind some of the biggest names in UK dentistry.
What you’ll be doing
Write detailed, conversion-driven content briefs for client shoots and Dentology brand content.
Script short-form videos for Meta ads, incorporating high-performing hooks, pain points, and CTA frameworks.
Analyse ad performance data (CPL, CPB, hook drop-off, etc.) and use it to inform future creative angles and testing strategies.
Proactively suggest new creative formats (e.g. UGC, VO-led, carousels, testimonials, high-production, etc.) to test with clients.
Own the content shoot planning process: define what’s needed, by when, and who’s responsible.
Coordinate with editors and media buyers to ensure content gets produced, delivered, and launched in line with campaign timelines.
Support Dentology’s internal marketing and content strategy when needed.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience writing copy, scripts, or creative briefs – ideally for performance-focused content (ads, landing pages, video, etc.)
Experience in a social media, brand content, or content marketing role.
Strong understanding of Meta ad formats and what makes content convert.
Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and a clear sense of messaging hierarchy.
Comfortable interpreting campaign performance data and turning it into creative insight.
Highly organised and proactive: able to manage multiple timelines, projects, and creative workflows.
Confident working cross-functionally with editors, account managers, and media buyers.

You’re mentoring junior creatives and helping shape the evolution of our in-house creative systems.
You’re playing a key role in client results by driving content direction and testing frameworks.
You’re helping Dentology scale its creative output without sacrificing quality or performance.
