How you’ll role

The Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize ads on Meta and Google (and perhaps LinkedIn and TikTok), focusing on enhancing conversion and traffic campaigns, particularly for ecommerce clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media, this role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and a chance to contribute to innovative AI solutions.

What you’ll do

Manage Google Tag Manager setups, including conversion tracking and quarterly optimizations
Support campaign creation, monitoring, and optimization on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Compile and deliver monthly client-specific reports using TapClicks
Contribute to potential business development utilizing marketing and creative skills
Develop AI-driven internal automations to enhance business operations

What you’ll need

Experience with ecommerce platforms, including at least Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce
Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, with TikTok and Reddit ads as a plus
Proficiency in TapClicks, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
Eagerness to learn and apply AI technologies
Strong communication skills and comfort with remote work communication

Job note

Part-time, contract, and likely with a guaranteed 20 hours per month to start
