We are looking for a high-performing Remote Sales Closer based in South Africa to follow up with warm inbound leads who have already shown interest in our electric bikes, on our website https://elecy.co.uk/. You will be responsible for calling prospects, answering product questions, building rapport, guiding them to the right model, and closing the sale.

This is not cold calling — these are warm, high-intent shoppers.

30 Hours a week + so you can take half a day off on a Wednesday. Get extra 30 USD every sale you close. OTE 300 USD a month exrta.

We serve customers looking for reliable, affordable, powerful e-mobility solutions—and our incoming leads are highly engaged, pre-qualified buyers who have already expressed strong interest.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with warm inbound leads from our website, email enquiries, and social media.
Understand customer needs and match them with the correct Elecy model (e.g., JANSNO X50, Shengmilo S900, Emoko C93, Coswheel R19, etc.) .
Deliver strong product explanations, including features like battery range, motor power, suspension, fat-tire capability, and commuter suitability.
Provide transparent guidance on pricing, delivery timelines, and model differences.
Build trust and rapport to convert warm leads into paying customers.
Maintain CRM records, call notes, and follow-up sequences.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Offer excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements
Based in South Africa, fluent in English.
Proven experience as a sales closer, appointment setter, or phone-based sales representative.
Ability to learn and confidently communicate technical product specs (e.g., motor wattage, battery capacity, speed modes, torque levels).
Strong objection handling and problem-solving skills.
Reliable internet, PC, and a quiet workspace.
Ability to work 15 – 20+ hours/week (UTC+2).
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience selling high-ticket items (e-commerce or electronics is a bonus).
Familiarity with electric bikes or cycling equipment.
Experience in closing over phone/WhatsApp/email.
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).
