JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Associate to fuel our sales pipeline! In this role, you’ll generate leads, set appointments, and engage with homeowners to create opportunities. You’ll thrive on connecting with people, confidently following scripts, overcoming objections, and keeping detailed records in our CRM.

The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and highly motivated to hit targets. Strong spoken English, excellent communication skills, and a positive, persistent attitude are essential. If you’re organized, ambitious, and love closing deals, this is the role for you!

1. Daily Outbound CallingMake 250-300 outbound touches per day (email, LinkedIn, calls combined, auto-dialer provided)
15–20 qualified meetings booked per month.

Reach out to leads including:
Expired listings
FSBOs (For Sale By Owner)
Circle prospecting
Just Listed / Just Sold outreach
Database reactivation
Confidently follow approved scripts with a natural, engaging delivery.
Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, property condition, and price.

2. Appointment SettingSchedule listing appointments or buyer consultations for agents.
Confirm appointment details in the CRM.
Send follow-up texts/emails to confirmed leads.
Re-schedule appointments when necessary.

3. Lead Management & CRM DocumentationMaintain and update CRM (Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or other systems).
Add notes for every conversation.
Assign leads to appropriate action plans.
Tag and categorize leads accurately.
Keep the database clean, organized, and up-to-date.

4. Objection HandlingOvercome common objections confidently (“We’re not interested,” “We already have an agent,” etc.).
Identify sellers who may be open to selling soon.
Keep all conversations professional, positive, and warm.

5. Daily / Weekly Reporting

Submit daily call log summaries.
Track key metrics:
Calls made
Conversations held
Leads generated
Appointments set
Identify patterns or script adjustments to improve results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent spoken English (neutral accent preferred).
Strong cold calling experience (real estate experience preferred).
Comfortable handling rejection and making high-volume calls.
Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence.
Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Experience with dialers (Mojo, Batch, CallTools, or similar).
Familiarity with real estate terminology (ARV, CMA, listing process).
Stable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
Preferred Experience (Bonus)U.S. real estate cold calling experience.
Inside Sales Agent (ISA) background.
Appointment setting for agents or investors.
Lead nurturing sequences.

Maintain a positive tone, even during difficult calls.
Consistently achieve appointment and lead generation goals.
Ensure scripts sound natural, not robotic.
Protect all client data and maintain confidentiality.
Be punctual and consistent with scheduled call hours.
