We are hiring a Senior Marketing Strategist for a leading immigration law firm in the professional legal and advocacy industry. This is a full-time remote role for a U.S.-based company.

This position is designed for an experienced marketing leader who will partner closely with the Marketing Director to plan and execute high-level marketing strategies while also ensuring consistent, hands-on campaign delivery. The Senior Marketing Strategist will be a strategic driver of the firm’s marketing efforts and serve as a key backup to the Marketing Director, expanding the firm’s visibility, strengthening brand reputation, and generating qualified leads for immigrant families seeking legal representation.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop comprehensive 12-month marketing strategies aligned with firm growth goals
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize brand positioning
Design integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (SEO, PPC, email, content, social media)
Ensure consistent follow-through from campaign conception to launch, meeting timelines, budgets, and performance targets
Oversee website optimization, lead generation funnels, and conversion rate improvement efforts
Track and analyze all marketing KPIs, providing detailed monthly performance reports
Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and optimize campaigns accordingly
Develop compelling content strategies that resonate with immigrant communities and reflect the firm’s brand voice
Create and oversee production of testimonials, case studies, and success stories
Build strategic partnerships with immigrant advocacy groups, nonprofits, and community organizations
Plan and execute community outreach initiatives such as “Know Your Rights” workshops, webinars, and public relations efforts
Serve as a trusted backup to the Marketing Director, ready to assume leadership responsibilities when required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated strategic planning capabilities
3+ years in senior marketing roles with campaign and budget management responsibility
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies with measurable results
Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics platforms and KPIs
Excellent project management abilities with consistent follow-through on deliverables
Deep experience with digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience working with legal services, professional services, or mission-driven organizations is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree (MBA or Marketing emphasis)
Experience in immigration law, legal services, or advocacy organizations
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
Experience managing marketing teams or external vendors
Background in crisis communications or sensitive issue marketing

Schedule & Pay

Full-time position; U.S. hours in the MST/EST time zones
This is a fully remote job for a U.S.-based company
Pay ranges from R14,000 to R25,000 per month, depending on experience and skill
Annual raises, bonuses, and paid holidays/PTO
