Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm with 1 hour unpaid break | Eastern Standard Time

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
Plan and run a social media strategy
Create, schedule, and publish daily posts
Engage with followers and respond to messages
Track trends and competitors for new ideas
Analyze results and report monthly with suggestions
Keep content on-brand and consistent
Requirements
Experience managing business or personal brand social media
Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and trends
Excellent English writing and communication
Self-starter with creative ideas
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) a plus
Familiarity with planning and analytics tools
Bonus: Experience in B2B or professional services
