We are a high-volume podcast production company managing social media for 10 distinct podcast brands. We are looking to transition repetitive operational tasks to a dedicated professional to allow our creative team to focus on strategy.
Job Description
As a Social Media Engagement Assistant, you will handle the execution layer of our social media presence across approximately 10 accounts. Your primary focus will be the timely distribution of pre-produced content and active community engagement to maintain brand growth and consistency.
Schedule
Flexible schedule, but must be contactable in between 10am-6pm (UK time) Mon-Thursday in case of queries; 20 hours
Responsibilities
Schedule and publish pre-produced content across Instagram and TikTok for 10 podcast pages.
Write engaging captions aligned with each individual brand’s content strategy and tone of voice.
Ensure all posts go live on time according to the established monthly content calendar.
Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments to maintain audience engagement.
Provide regular updates and reports on posting activity and account status.
Maintain absolute brand consistency across all managed social media pages.
Requirements
Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across different podcast brands.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and publishing workflows on Instagram and TikTok.
High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable daily communication availability during UK business hours.
Bonus if you have experience working with podcast-related content.
It helps if you are familiar with social media analytics and reporting tools.
