We’re a well-established U.S. e-commerce company that’s been helping people and businesses send premium gift baskets for over 30 years. We’re looking for an exceptional Corporate Account Outreach Specialist to build relationships with our existing business customers.
This is NOT a cold-calling position.
You’ll be reaching out to companies that have already purchased from us in the past to reconnect, strengthen relationships, identify upcoming gifting opportunities, and encourage repeat business.

What You’ll Do
Call existing corporate customers throughout the U.S.
Reintroduce yourself and our company.
Build relationships with office managers, executive assistants, HR teams, marketing departments, and purchasing managers.
Learn about upcoming gifting opportunities.
Encourage repeat orders.
Leave professional, confident voicemails.
Send personalized follow-up emails.
Keep detailed notes in our CRM.
Schedule follow-up calls and reminders.
Work closely with our U.S. team.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Speaks exceptional English with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent.
Sounds confident and natural on the phone.
Can build rapport quickly.
Has previous outbound calling or inside sales experience.
Is organized and follows through.
Is comfortable making 60–100 outbound calls per day.
Has experience using a CRM.
Can write professional business emails.
Is available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Has a reliable computer, fast internet connection, quiet workspace, and quality USB headset.
Bonus Points
Experience selling to businesses (B2B).
Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, office supplies, SaaS, or account management.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM systems.
This Position Is NOT For You If
You dislike talking on the phone.
You read from scripts instead of having natural conversations.
You struggle with rejection or follow-up.
You aren’t comfortable building relationships with business professionals.
