We turn sales teams’ social media into a recruiting and profit engine — scripting, content ideation, and account monitoring for a full roster of high-performing clients. We’re growing fast and adding new clients constantly, so this is a high-volume, fast-paced role. If you work slow, this isn’t for you.

MUST BE FULLY FLUENT IN ENGLISH — zero language barrier. You’ll be on calls and in daily contact with our clients, so communication has to be flawless: clear writing, confident speaking, no misunderstandings. All applications are AI-scanned; any AI-written applications are auto-dismissed.

Looking for a social media manager who can: ✅ Produce at high volume without quality slipping — this is full-time work across a growing roster of clients ✅ Proven short-form scripting/content track record — samples or accounts you’ve grown (required) ✅ Write scroll-stopping scripts (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) across multiple client accounts ✅ Generate hooks and content angles at volume — you don’t run dry ✅ Scrape social media to find winning content and spin it into fresh ideas ✅ Work directly with clients: pull ideas out of them, take direction, and turn it into content ✅ Manage and monitor client accounts daily (comments, DMs, trends, engagement) ✅ Juggle several clients at once without dropping balls

📍 Our company operates on Eastern Standard Time (11am–7pm EST). Clients and team may reach out during these hours, and you’re expected to respond quickly — how you structure your day is up to you. 🧾 Independent contractor. Full-time. Long-term. Training provided. 💵 Pay: $3,500/month, paid bi-weekly.
