Led by an industry expert, the academy delivers valuable resources via podcasts, video, newsletters, and social media to help painters grow their businesses and elevate their operations.

About the role:

We are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our client’s content distribution efforts. This assistant-style role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes—managing content calendars, repurposing video/audio into bite-sized assets, scheduling posts, and keeping the engine running smoothly. Your work will directly free up the founder to focus on creating more high-value content, while you ensure it gets in front of the right audience across multiple platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

Content Distribution & Repurposing

 

Distribute video/audio content across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, podcast apps, email (via Keap), and SMS (via text messaging tools).
Repurpose long-form videos into short clips using tools such as Descript, Opus Clip, or Pictory.
Create and apply custom thumbnails, intro/outro graphics, and captions for videos.
Upload podcast episodes with show notes and proper formatting.
Send content to the internal team (e.g., John) for blog creation on the APPC website.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing across all channels.

Social Media Channel Management

Launch and grow new social media channels (Instagram, Rumble, Twitter).
Seed new channels by posting high-performing legacy content.
Maintain consistent publishing of new video content on all platforms.

Graphic Design & Marketing Assets

Create branded visuals in Canva for a variety of formats: Thumbnails, intros, and outros for videos.
Social media images, PDF reports, invitations, letters, manuals, course materials, and other collateral.
Work from the provided copy and images to develop compelling visual content as needed.

Landing Pages & Website Updates

Build or edit landing pages using provided copy and media, ensuring lead capture forms are correctly integrated.
Update blog posts and website content with basic SEO best practices (e.g., optimized titles and keywords).

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
Provide recommendations and make adjustments to improve reach, engagement, and conversions across platforms.

Who are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in content and marketing coordination
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Descript, Opus Clip, Pictory, Keap, Trello, WordPress, and social media schedulers.
Experience in managing and distributing content across social media platforms.
Skilled in repurposing long-form video content into shorter clips for social media and podcasts.
Proven experience in SEO, basic design, landing page creation, and email marketing.
Strong written communication and exceptional organizational skills

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1200 – USD 1800
