Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in providing digital marketing services to dental practices across the USA. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated, self-driven  Head of Client Success for our client. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing client relationships, developing effective client success strategies, and coordinating client success efforts across various accounts. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.

Professional Fluency In English Is Essential.

Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.

Experience In The Dental/healthcare Niche Is Preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

Own the client success lifecycle from onboarding to retention, ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience across all touchpoints.
Manage and mentor account managers, setting KPIs, enforcing accountability, and driving performance across the client success team.
Build and optimize systems, SOPs, and reporting to scale client communication, satisfaction tracking, and renewal processes.
Act as a strategic partner to clients — identifying risks, solving issues proactively, and surfacing upsell opportunities.
Collaborate closely with service leads (SEO, Website, LSA, PPC, FB Ads) to ensure deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
Lead quarterly business reviews or high-impact touchpoints for key clients to reinforce value and improve retention.
Champion the voice of the customer internally — advocating for improvements to products, services, and internal processes.
Report on client health, churn risks, and team performance directly to the executive team

Who are we looking for?

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Client Success Manager.
Experience managing and leading a team of client success.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.
Experience in digital marketing agencies is required.
Experience in the dental/healthcare niche is preferred.

Position: Head of Client Success

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Local Holidays

Salary: USD 2500 to USD 3000 per month
