About the Job
We at Assist World are seeking a tech-savvy, organized, and creative Virtual Assistant to support a growing HR and training consultancy. This role combines marketing execution and strategy with administrative support, ensuring the company maintains a consistent digital presence while streamlining back-end operations.

This position begins part-time (20 hrs/week) with the intention to transition into a full-time role as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Creative Support (Primary Focus)
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through consistent posting.
Create engaging graphics, short videos, and reels for campaigns.
Draft, format, and schedule client-facing emails and newsletters.
Support marketing strategy execution, including Zoho funnels and digital campaigns.
Administrative Support (Secondary Focus)
Confirm and coordinate client appointments.
Assist with email inbox management (drafting, templates, responses).
Maintain organized client communications and digital records.
Provide support with book launch tasks and outreach campaigns.

Requirements
3–4+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation (graphics, reels, video editing).
Proficiency with Zoho (funnels, campaigns, CRM) or willingness to learn quickly.
Highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in problem-solving.
Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence.
Ability to work with some overlap in the Eastern Time Zone (Ohio).
Experience supporting HR, training, or consultancy businesses.
Familiarity with book launches, digital events, or email campaigns.
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to strategy.
