About Us
Arte Dental is a premium private cosmetic and implant dental clinic in Birmingham, UK. We treat patients from across the country for composite bonding, Invisalign, porcelain veneers, dental implants, All-on-X and full smile makeovers. We’re growing quickly and are looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote team.
The Role
You’ll be speaking with people who have already shown interest in treatment through our online enquiries and adverts.
Your job is to contact these leads, answer their questions, build rapport and help them book a consultation at our clinic. You’ll also stay in touch with patients who aren’t ready yet, following up over several weeks until they’re ready to move forward.
This is not cold calling. Every lead has already expressed interest in treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Call, text and WhatsApp new enquiries quickly, and follow up consistently with warm leads
Answer questions about treatments, the consultation process and finance options
Book consultations and secure the consultation deposit
Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up on missed ones
Keep accurate notes of every conversation in our CRM / patient management software
Requirements
Previous experience in appointment setting, or dental experience (Dental Receptionist, TCO, Dental Nurse, Dental Student, etc.)
Excellent spoken English
Confident speaking on the phone
Strong communication and listening skills
Your own computer or laptop suitable for remote work (we do not provide equipment)
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet working environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Available to work UK hours, and weekends preferred.
Previous experience booking appointments
Dental or aesthetics industry experience
Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM
Experience with high-value treatments such as implants, veneers or Invisalign

Base hourly pay plus performance-based commission
Compensation
$5–$10 USD per hour (depending on experience), plus commission for every attended consultation you book and every patient who goes ahead with treatment.
