Freelance Candidate Sourcer
ABA Cruit is looking for freelance sourcers to identify and connect with qualified professionals for our open positions.
What you’ll do:
• Identify qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate outreach
• Follow up with interested candidates
• Introduce qualified candidates to ABA Cruit
Compensation:
• $1,000 per successful placement
• Commission only
• Work on your own schedule
• No limit on earning potential
Requirements:
• Must have an active LinkedIn account
• Strong written English
• Comfortable with online candidate sourcing and outreach
• Reliable and organized
• Previous sourcing or recruiting experience is a plus
