Our esteemed client is looking for a proactive, personable, and detail-oriented Customer Sales & Support Representative to join their growing team. This remote role involves handling inbound sales inquiries, guiding potential clients through their service options, and providing ongoing support to existing customers. You’ll be the voice of their brand, helping small business owners succeed online.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (approx. 50%)
Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Explain our services clearly and confidently to prospective customers
Convert leads into paying customers through solution-based selling
Follow up with prospects who’ve shown interest but haven’t purchased.
Bonus commission structure on top of base pay for converted sales
Customer Support (approx. 50%)
Provide timely and friendly support to existing clients via email and chat
Troubleshoot basic issues or escalate to the right internal team
Ensure client accounts stay active and satisfied
Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service
Salary: $1200 / month + sales commission
Type of Work: Full-time remote (Monday-Friday)
Work Schedule: Hours 7 am-3:30 pm PST (30-minute lunch break)
Requirements
In-depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry).
1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using tools like CRM software, support ticketing systems, and Google Workspace
Self-motivated, organized, and responsive
Passion for helping small businesses succeed
Reliable high-speed internet connection (with backup).
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in digital marketing or social media management
Familiarity with platforms like Stripe, Intercom, or Slack
Background in a startup or fast-paced remote team environment
