Are you a HubSpot hero who lives and breathes automation?

We are looking for a sharp and highly organised CRM Coordinator to join our client’s growing marketing team. You’ll be the go-to person for all things HubSpot – building workflows, cleaning up our  data, and making sure automation is running like clockwork.

Salary: $1600 / month

Type of Work: Full-time remote

Work Schedule: UK working hours

What you’ll be doing:

Automating everything – from workflows and email journeys to data syncs and task  triggers.
Reporting like a pro – building dashboards that drive smart decisions.
Cleaning the mess – ensuring our data is accurate, compliant, and useful.
Connecting the dots – integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms via APIs.
Tweaking the tech – making light edits to code and templates to get things just right.
Optimising the system – spotting ineƯiciencies and fixing them before anyone notices.

Requirements
In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CRM or marketing automation role.
Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot – from automation and reporting to  integrations and coding.
Strong understanding of CRM best practices, marketing automation, and data hygiene.
Comfortable working with APIs and basic JavaScript or HTML for platform customisation.
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights.
A proactive team player who can manage multiple projects and adapt quickly.
This is a key role for ensuring the company’s growth engine is smooth, smart, and data-driven.
