We’re a fast-growing Marketing & Consulting Agency, we specialise in helping insulation companies dominate their local markets. We deliver a steady stream of qualified leads and booked jobs on the calendar.

We’re looking for an experience Meta Account Manager who can step in and manage a portfolio of lead generation clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love data-driven problem solving, and have excellent people skills, this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a portfolio of ~12 client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and consistent performance.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns tailored to client objectives.
Conduct weekly check-ins, share campaign updates, and lead strategic calls with clients.
Generate clear monthly performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
Communicate with other team members to ensure maximum success for our clients.
Work with CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel) to ensure leads are tracked, nurtured, and converted.

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Lead Gen focus is a must).
Proven ability to manage 10+ client accounts without dropping the ball.
Strong grasp of CRM systems (bonus if you’ve worked with GHL).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – clients love working with you.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build reports.
Highly organised with sharp time-management skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and always looking to improve systems.
