We are looking for a US-licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance professional currently living outside of the United States. You will be placed with insurance agency clients to support day-to-day licensed agent tasks including quoting, policy servicing, and sales support. You will communicate directly with policyholders, prospects, and carriers as needed, and handle both inbound and outbound calls on behalf of the agency.
Licensed Insurance Virtual Assistant (P&C)
Key Responsibilities ● Present and work up insurance quotes for personal and/or commercial lines ● Provide policy servicing support for agency clients ● Handle inbound and outbound calls with policyholders, prospects, and carriers ● Support sales activities as directed by the agency ● Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with agency standards ● Liaise with carriers and insurance companies as required
