We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our IT products and services, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our IT products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience required: 3 to 4 years of experience selling IT hardware products.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
$9 – $12 an hour
