BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: 100% Remote (Africa-based applicants only)
Compensation: $9.95 – $14.35 per hour, based on experience.

About the Role
We are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals with strong communication and relationship-building skills to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities
* Engage prospective clients through calls, emails and digital platforms.
* Build and maintain professional client relationships.
* Identify client needs and communicate suitable solutions.
* Manage leads, follow-ups and client records using CRM tools.
* Work towards established performance targets.

Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written English.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet targets.
* Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.

Preferred Experience
* Background in sales, business development, telemarketing or customer service.
* Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation and client engagement.
