About the Role
Handle inbound calls from US homeowners, guide conversations toward a suitable service appointment and help customers understand membership options. The role combines consultative phone selling with calm, empathetic customer support.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide inbound calls conversationally, understand customer needs and respond to objections.
• Book service appointments and explain or upsell relevant membership options.
• Stay calm with stressed or frustrated callers and de-escalate difficult conversations.
Qualifications
• Inbound phone sales experience, including objection handling and closing or booking on live calls.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, natural and engaging phone presence.
• An empathetic approach and the ability to guide a conversation without relying on a rigid script.
Nice-to-Haves
• Inbound sales or support experience in home services or residential field services.
Work Schedule
Full-time. The exact working schedule will be confirmed during selection.
