POSITION: Appointment Setter (Outbound Sales)
Location: Remote (Global, outside the U.S.)
Schedule: Full-time, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday
Compensation: $2000 – $2,500 USD per month
Note: Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* 3+ years of hands-on outbound telephone prospecting, cold calling, or inside sales experience.
* Proven track record of hitting quantitative outbound call metrics and meeting quotas.
* Direct experience calling into the U.S. market.
* Fluent, clear, and highly confident spoken and written English.
* Resilience and a strong mindset to thrive in a high-rejection outbound sales environment.
* Strong CRM hygiene and discipline.
* Fully equipped remote workspace outside the U.S. featuring reliable high-speed internet, power backup, and a noise-canceling headset.
