The Role
We’re looking for a confident, organized, motivated salesperson who can call leads, follow up, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and grow into presenting and selling our services.
This is more than an appointment-setting role—we want someone who can build relationships and become a high-performing sales professional.
Responsibilities
Call and follow up with new leads
Qualify prospects and schedule sales calls
Follow up consistently through the sales process
Conduct phone/Zoom presentations as trained
Maintain CRM records and track activity
Build relationships with clients and event planners
Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
We’re Looking For
Excellent English and communication skills
Confident, professional phone presence
Sales or appointment-setting experience preferred
High-ticket sales experience is a plus
Highly organized and strong at follow-up
Comfortable working U.S. hours
Competitive, coachable, and motivated
Compensation & Growth
R18,000–R25,000/month + performance bonuses and commissions.
