POSITION: Solar PV & Battery Storage (ESS) CAD Designer / Drafter (HR37953)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM MST
Compensation: $1,800 USD / month
Note: Independent contractor position
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* 2+ years of hands-on AutoCAD experience specific to residential Solar PV and ESS/battery design.
* Strong understanding of electrical single-line diagrams (SLDs), site plans, structural layouts, and equipment interconnections.
* Solid understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC), AHJ submission standards, and utility interconnection requirements.
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to minimal error rates in drafting.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for team coordination.
* High-speed, reliable internet connection, high-performance workstation capable of running current AutoCAD releases smoothly, and a professional noise-canceling headset.
