System Administrator
Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you’re available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.
About The Role
This role exists to keep servers, user accounts, and software systems running reliably. You will manage system updates and user access across Windows and Linux environments. The role is primarily asynchronous, so clear documentation of changes matters as much as the changes themselves. The team is spread across multiple countries and time zones. Consistency and accuracy are central to this position.
What You’ll Do
Manage system configurations across Windows Server and Linux environments
Own user account administration through Active Directory
Distribute software updates across managed systems
Apply patch management processes on a consistent schedule
Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell and Bash
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with system management
Strong experience with user management
Experience with software distribution processes
Experience with patch management processes
Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory
Strong written English — our company works in English.
