JDebz Media helps staffing and recruitment agencies generate exclusive, qualified sales opportunities. We are hiring a confident full-time Cold Caller to speak with prospects, qualify interest and book high-quality strategy calls for our sales team.
What you will do
• Make consistent outbound calls to staffing and recruitment agency owners and decision-makers
• Use our scripts while sounding natural, confident and conversational
• Ask strong qualifying questions and identify genuine business needs
• Handle common objections calmly and professionally
• Book qualified prospects into the sales calendar
• Record accurate notes and update every call outcome in the CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects by phone, email or SMS when required
• Attend daily team check-ins and review performance numbers
What we are looking for
• Previous cold calling, appointment setting, telesales or outbound sales experience
• Clear, professional spoken English and strong listening skills
• Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Resilient, coachable and comfortable with rejection
• Organised and disciplined with follow-up and CRM updates
• Reliable computer, quality headset, stable internet and quiet working environment
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, B2B services or marketing agencies is helpful
Performance expectations
• Maintain consistent daily call activity
• Book qualified calls rather than filling the calendar with poor-fit prospects
• Keep CRM notes complete and accurate
• Improve through call reviews, coaching and script practice
• Meet agreed weekly booked-call and attendance targets
Working arrangement
• Full-time remote role
• South Africa-based
• Approximately 40 hours per week with working hours aligned to the prospect market
• Base compensation: USD $1,000–$1,400 per month depending on experience
• Additional performance-based commission or bonuses
• Performance review after 90 days
